What areas do you deliver to?


We hand deliver to Broward & Miami-Dade Counties and the Upper Florida Keys.




Can I pick up my order at the boutique?


Absolutley! We are located at 4540 SW 74th Avenue, Miami, FL 33155. You will recieve an email confirmation once your order is ready for pickup.




What days do you deliver


We deliver Tuesday-Saturday.




How soon can you deliver my order?


We deliver next day, Tuesday-Saturday. Orders must be placed by 2pm, for next day delivery, in order to be processed and prepared in time.




Can I request a delivery time for my order?


We do not guarantee specific delivery times, however, if there is a specific request please contact us and we will do our very best to accomodate.




Can I choose specific flowers for my arrangment?


We do not guarantee specific flower choices, yet offer the ability to choose color schemes such as "whites", "pastels", "vibrants", etc. We always choose the season's freshest flowers available in market.




What if there is no one available to receive the delivery?


We always try our best to get the order to the recepient! We will call them and hopefully make arrangements to either leave at the door (if it is safe from weather) or re-deliver (for an additional delivery fee - at the senders expense). We take great care for the safety of deliveries and will not leave them unnatended, in danger of being stolen or if they may be damaged by weather.




How long will my flowers stay fresh?


We offer a 3-day freshness guarantee. We will be happy to offer a replacement should your flowers be less than fresh within that time frame. Simply give us a call and we will replace the arrangement.
